On LAFOMED, IS YESON, Lifemed, Strong, Kinefis and another similar autoclave models, the reason for this E08 error is that there is no heat increase in the steam sterilizer's chamber. Before starting autoclave repair with an "autoclave device vacuum test" makes trouble shooting easier. If the autoclave does not pass the vacuum test, fails, or shows another error message, the leak point must first be found and sealed.
1) Check if there is water in the water tank.
2) Check whether the water tank drain is clogged.
3) Check if the water pump is working properly.
4) Check the valve after the water pump.
5) Check the thermostat and resistance of the steam generator.
6) Check steam generator, read line voltage on the resistance poles.
7) Disassembly the steam generator and clean the clogged way.
8) Check the device mainboard.
E08 is the Most Frequent Complaint in Lafomed and IS Yeson Model Autoclaves and It is Usually Caused by User Error.
Class B autoclaves (steam sterilizer) create vacuum inside the chamber and send the steam produced in the steam generator.
If any water is used in the autoclave, the minerals in the water entering the steam generator will form scale over time, causing the steam generator to clog.
Distilled or deionized, that is, mineral-free water must be placed in the autoclave.
The most likely cause of E08 Error is calcification.
